It was circulating in the internet world, Yahoo and Microsoft; teaming up to defeat Google's Top power on the Search engine advertising market. But this was failed, after yahoo rejecting Microsoft's US$44.6 billion cash-and-stock offer, and saying Offer undervalues Company.
"We remain committed to pursuing initiatives that maximize value for all stockholders," in a Yahoo statement said.
