A specific rating of each top 10 finalists will be defined by the judges using the same criteria. The top 20 listed above are automatically the finalists for top 10 Best Cebu Blog of 2009.

1. All Cebu Bloggers Society Members are automatically nominated for the Best Cebu Blogs of 2009
2. Non-CBS bloggers who are based in Cebu can nominate themselves by posting comments using the format below:

7. Winners will be posted here on December 28,2009.

Criteria for Judging:
1. Content = 30% [Grammar, integration of photos, videos and other media, and blog's influence on its chosen niche]

2. Design and Layout = 30% [user-friendliness and appeal]

3. Relevance to Cebu = 40 % [At least promote Cebu through any featured posts showcasing Cebu Beach, Cebu Events, Cebu’s Pride, Cebu’s Hotel or the like]

The top 10 Best Cebu Blogs winners will get a Certificate of Recognition each signed by the organizer and one of the Judges, a BCB Badge and some freebies (to be identified by
